This is a Vintage Sangamo Electric Company Watt Hour Meter. The date on the backside is 8-6-13 = August 6, 1913. That date is probably the Patent Date. The Serial Number is 802325. I have been told that based on the Serial Number, this meter was made in 1918, which makes it a Model H2, even though you can clearly see that it is stamped Model H on the metal cover.
