PLEASE! PICK ONE....SET ANTIQUE (UNIQUE RARE STYLE) IRON BED RAILS FOR YOUR VINTAGE BED. These are Sets of antique bed rails, none of these sets of rails have been altered. They are each in an unmodified condition & have embossed letters present. (details below).

Steel Hammers are never recommended
When Installing a bed rail on an iron bed NEVER USE A HAMMER. A hammer can break the bed hitch or the bed rail.Sometimes the hitch can have a accumulation of rust preventing it from seating correctly, use a tubing wire brush to clean all these connections, We use a rubber mallet to install bed rails. Sometimes a steel hammer is necessary but only to Remove or Uninstall the bed rail (from the bottom only not the top)

5) Finding a Fit can Take a few emails but our Samples can Greatly speed the process up. (samples are 6-8" version of a rail they require a deposit that is refunded upon return, samples are never sold as they an integral part of our rail matching service ) .
6) We have over 150 Beds. One of the biggest misconceptions is that most iron rails are the same. There are many different rail types and different sizes. When these beds were made around 100 to 150 years ago there was no industry standard for bedrail hook-up systems. Each manufacturer made their own rails to fit only their beds. While many appear similar but have subtle differences.
7) When messaging us , please send PICTURES Of your bed hitch (bedrail hook-up area) Include a RULER or TAPE MEASURE in the photo and we can get started.
