Hello and good day. Hat is in great shape except for 1 tiny hole behind the middle of the crown. Can be fixed with a little thread but otherwise not noticeable.

We do except returns if you are not satisfied with the product, but we don't t...hink that will happen. We do include tracking with most orders. Returns are not complementary. Most items are shipped next day after full payment is received. Any items bought after 9:30 am on Saturday, or on a Sunday will be shipped first thing Monday morning. Basically I live only a couple miles from a post office, so if they're open, it ships.
