This is a small standard size pencil topper/charm and was sold in gumball vending machines in the 1960's. It is vacuum plated gold metallic with some hand applied paint on top of that. The NOT INCLUDED quarter shown beside it for size comparison. It's in excellent to near mint condition. Please see photos of the actual item you are buying for condition. It is a little less than 1" tall.
