This is a Beautiful Vintage Ornate Filigree Hollywood Regency Swag Hanging Light FixtureIt is made of metal. Not sure what kind of metal...it may be gilt metal. It is not magnetic.It has been spray painted metallic gilt brass. Even the chain and cord is painted.It is very heavy weighing 11 pounds. (Total weight = 13 pounds if you add in the chain and cord)It has six sides with brass color metal inserts. The light coming thru the inserts is really pretty. There is one little piece ...of metal broken off at the top of one of the panels. See last photo.From where the chain connects to the bottom of the fixture is approx. 23" x 11" wide at the widest. The six panels are 13" tall x 5 1/2" wide.I don't see a makers mark...nor do I know when it was made.It uses 3 chandelier base bulbs. It has 3 good bulbs now that I will leave in it for you.There is an in-line on/off toggle switch that works as it should.It has a really long chained cord that plugs into the wall that is over 16 feet long. The power cord and light bulb sockets are good to go.During shipping some of the metal inserts may shift from their positions. If this happens you may have to reset any shifted panels. I pack very well so that items arrive intact. There may be some re-assembly necessary.I have another one just like this one. I will list it as soon as this one sells.
