Hello and thanks for viewing my listing! I have several hundred records that belonged to my mom and dad. Now that they've both passed, I'd like to see them go to a good home.
I am NOT a record collector or vinyl enthusiast, so please don't expect me to be an expert on these things. That said, feel free to ask questions and I'll do my best to provide answers. I know next to nothing about records, so please look closely at the pictures before bidding!
Btw, please ...DO NOT offer to buy out the entire collection. I've already made my decision to list these individually.
I will combine shipping on up to three record listings only, at my own discretion. I am not a box factory, and thus cannot accommodate multiple-sized mailers. Any buyer who expects combined shipping should be aware that the more records you expect me to cram into a box, the more likely they are to be damaged in shipping. I will do my very best to ensure that doesn't happen, hence my rule about three records only.
Packing: all albums will ship in sturdy mailers from Square Deal Recordings & Supplies. The records will be removed from their covers to reduce any possible damage, and backed with cardboard stiffeners. I'll throw in a new sleeve if the original one is very damaged.
Shipping: To keep cost down I'm shipping these media mail.
Handling cost: Folks sometimes forget that packing supplies aren't free. Just to be transparent, all my boxes, stiffeners, stickers, etc. cost me $2.35 per order. Hence, my $2.35 handling fee.
Payment: Payment due within 24 hours of the end of the auction. Paypal only! No exceptions!
Returns: No returns, refunds, or exchanges! You get what you buy! Please see the photos for any details about which you may be concerned. I have tons of records to get through, and dealing with returns, etc. would be a nightmare. Remember, I'm starting these at a penny each after all.
