ANTIQUE BELSNICKLE PRESSED CARDBOARD CANDY CONTAINER OFFERED FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION IS AN ANTIQUE 6 3/4" BELSNICKLE FATHER CHRISTMAS CANDY CONTAINER. IT IS MADE OF PRESSED CARDBOARD. HE IS GERMAN AND PROBABLY CIRCA 1920s OR 1930s. HE PROBABLY SET ATOP A BOX OR BAG OF CHRISTMAS CANDY. THE ONLY REAL FLAW I DETECT IS A SMALL HOLE IN TOP OF HOOD AS PICTURED. OTHER THAN THAT, HE SHOWS NORMAL MI...NOR WEAR FOR AGE. HE HOLDS A FEATHER TREE BRANCH. HE IS A GREAT EXAMPLE OF THE BELSNICKLES OF THIS ERA. GUARANTEED TO BE ANTIQUE, HE WOULD MAKE A WONDERFUL ADDITION TO ANY COLLECTION.
