A plane like this comes along very infrequently.  You are bidding on a stunningly beautiful and rare antique Stanley #2 plane. The plane is in excellent working condition. The japanning is complete, the frog and sole fit masterly, the adjustment lever functions perfectly. No owner marks. Exceptionally smooth cheeks and sole in excellent condition.  And, beautiful authentic and original rosewood knob and tote.  A truly great collectible and usable item.
