This is a Chinese silver and enamel hair ornament known as 'cucuk sanggul'. The top section is formed as an imperial sword with very decorative hilt and scabbard. Attached are two beautiful trembling flowers in blue and turquoise enamel.19th Century.Length 7 in (18 cm). Diameter of flowers 0.75 in (2 cm).In good condition. Some discoloration to silver.
