For your consideration is a Multi-Tech Systems (Minneapolis, Minnesota) Model # FM30 300 baud acoustic data coupler (modem) from the 1970's. In 1970, Multi-Tech Systems created it's first product - the 300 bps acoustic coupler (modem). Since then, the company has continued to grow and today is a global manufacturer of internet access, remote access, and modem products. This Multi-Systems acoustic modem is in good physical condition. It does have some deterioration of ...the foam covering one of the transponders. It comes with the original power cord. When powered up, the "power" indicator light on the front illuminates. Other than that, it has not been tested and is being sold as is.
