Estate Sale Find! This is a vintage brass wax seal set from a local estate. It includes the 5-1/2" x 3-1/2" brass tray with an attached rectangular wax holder. It also has a little spirit lamp with attached wick to heat the wax. The wax ladle appears to have a copper and bakelite handle and is 1-1/4" in diameter. There is also a weighted brass wax seal that has not been engraved. This is an interesting old set in good condition. I cannot find a maker's mark or a similar item on the int...ernet for reference.
