Exquisite antiqueChinese hand painted blue and white porcelain bowl.Circa late Ming Dynastyto early Qing Dynasty around 1600s.This is a stunningporcelain bowl of over 300 years old. It is hand painted with continuous vinemotif. Near the rim on the outside is painted with continuous wave design.The inside of the bowlhas ru-yi fungus pattern inside a double line circle. Around the rim on theinside is painted with two lines.The bowl has beautifuluneven glaze and several drips on the outsi...de near the rim.Some small holes hereand there that look like kiln peg mark for firing.The glaze has a slightlymatt finish typical of the Ming era. The brush strokes are bold and some of thepigments are heavier than others. This is an old day today bowl. There would only be one ever made that look exactly like this. Miraculously the oldbowl has no chip or crack. It is in excellent antique condition.
