It has two ears so that it will hang on a belt. This is THE name in coin changers. It was used on busses, subways, trains, at fairs, etc. This one has 4 barrels...two for quarters, one for nickels and one for dimes. A coin drops out of the botto...m into the hand every time the lever on that barrel is pushed downward. It is about 6 x 4 inches in size.
