Very rare antique miniature Beaver Top Hat dating to the 19th Century. Ideal for a teddy bear or doll it measures 4" tall by 6 1/2" wide with an inner circumference of 12". There is a small hole in the top as shown and wear to the beaver fur around the top edges. The outside rim is a bit bent in places-still a fantastically rare piece! I would say it's been over 20 years since I have managed to buy one of these 19th Century rarities.
