This little Mateos, Mexico, hand painted and hand made pottery duck planter is very cute, but also very clearly mexican. Painted in a the classically stylized way, this planter is done in a combination of bisque and glazed finishes. The colors are the gray of the clay, with brown, turquoise, white, navy blue, dark green and black. The drainage hole has been hand chipped out, and on the bottom in black paint it reads: Mateos, Mexico. There is also an old... paper label that reads: Mexico, SD6120L. A sweet little piece!Unsure of age or maker.No damage anywhere that I can see.6" tall x 5 1/4" wide x 7 1/2" long.I am always happy to combine shipping to save buyers money, so if you plan to purchase multiple items, please let me know.
