This listing is for the 4 pipe threading dies as shown. Good used condition with good threads on 15 of the 16 inserts. Just the #1 insert on the 1/2" has a small chip on the very top thread. It should not affect it's performance one bit in reality. Not sure which model number Toledo die head these fit, but the necks (the portion that fits into the ratcheting head) measure appx 1.55" according to my dial calipers.
