Antique Vintage 1800’s Tinsel Print Framed Under Glass. Edmund Kean As Hamlet ?

From the estate of a San Francisco antique deaer with a penciled note on the back saying that it is a circa 1815 contemporary portrait of Edmund Kean as Hamlet. But for a variety of reason I think that is wrong and suspect it is more likely a circa 1821 portrait fo Charles Kemble as The Prince Of Wales...but whatever the case it is it is quite rare and unusual; slightly smaller thanis standard for these prints, and without the usual printer's identification as to the actor or character.... I think the frame is from a later date.
