Selling a Antique Set TAYLOR ROYLO 8~ LAWN BOWLS, 2~ JACK BALLS /w Original Wooden Box, also includes some score cards, rule book and I believe to be a measuring strings for scoring.This set is an estate sale find from an English gentlemen home that moved from England to the USA OVER 50 years ago and he had brought this set over from England when he moved and these are exactly how I found it.I know very little about this game and this set looks to be an original set, the wooden box is ...stamped “ THE BUNGALOW SET OF LAWN BOWLS “ on the top and is stamped “ IMP. THE T-R CO. LTD. LONDON” on front of box. Also still has the original packing in the box. The wooden box is 17 1/2” wide x 16” wide x 6 1/2” high The bowls are made of hard plastic and are 4 7/8” diameter. The bowls show a lot of signs of use, 4 show hardly any cracks, but 4 of them have some cracks , but are still solid. The jack ball are in very good vintage condition, they are marked TAYLOR ROLPH AND on IMP back side. They show some small chips to them.Includes original score sheets and a rules book. Also a measuring pins with string for scoring.Overall it’s in very nice condition for it age, maybe 70-90 years old. I researched them some and they started making the plastic bowls in 1930 Please look closely at pics as they are part of the description and please email me with questions
