Rare Vintage 1962 Madame Alexander Cissy Doll Queen Elizabeth II No 2180 - TLC

Found at an Old New Orleans estate; this is a Rare Vintage 1962 Madame Alexander Cissy Doll Queen Elizabeth II No 2180.
Doll Hospital project - NEEDS TLC - mostly the doll. As found, I have not cleaned her or her dress.
It seems to measure a little under 20" - I think she is supposed to be 21". Her inner rubber bands are extremely tight - not in a good way.
Beautiful doll but she has a list of flaws:
- Some dark marks on her face. Other paint (lips (a small mark), eyeb...rows and fingernails look great)
- Her sleep eyes don't open completely - seems tight. Eyes are blue/copper color mix. Eyelashes look ok; a little messy at the ends.
- Probably needs to be restrung (her inside rubber bands) Her neck is really pushed into the body. Body seems to need to be re-positioned.
- Rhinestone necklace has darken and is darkening the neck. It seems to wipe off mostly - not sure there is permanent staining.
- Some marks on her arms - her body needs to be cleaned.
- Hair needs to be re-styled; metal band at top. The 2 side ties are there.
Clothes & Accessories:
- Dress: no stains or rips; tagged, all snaps are present. Sash does need to be re-sewn at the waist.
- Includes: rhinestone ring, sash, one earring, necklace, one shoe, dress, slip, panties, 2 bangles.
- Missing: one earring, one shoe, crown and I think 1 bangle.
- Slip under dress has loose elastic; it won't stay on.
- Arm gloves are stained.
I hope I didn't miss anything - I'm definitely not an expert on the doll.
