Vintage Inlaid Wood Cigarette Box, Open Rack Holds 40 Cigarettes, 2 Drawers for Matches. Wood Inlay shows a distant volcano with  water in front and a sailboat out on the water. On shore there is a house with a rocky coastline and a tree. It appears to be a Japanese design to me. Beautiful wood work. The checkered pattern and frame around the wood inlay appear to be some type of glued on design. Good condition. Box is missing 3 legs on bottom and one of the cigarette holders has a... crack, see photo.
Box is 12.25" wide, 4.25" tall, 5" deep. When opened 5.5" tall, 9" deep. The drawers are 3" wide, 4" deep.
