Original ca. 1930's aerial photograph of Bend, Oregon, taken by Ted Barber from his Waco 9 Biplane. Ted owned the Bend Flying Service of Bend. Internet research reveals that he was the 1st fixed base operator in eastern Oregon as well as a pioneer barnstormer, mustang herder, military pilot trainer, and inventor. The photo is pencil noted on the back: "A view of Bend with Hi School & Gym in the Foreground.
