William's reign was 1830 - 1837
Pewter is on the top of the handle
6 1/4" x 4 1/2" base
There is something loose in the bottom of the tankard that rattles. The bottom may have unscrewed at one time but not now. In other words I have no idea what is in there.
My father bought it in the 1950's to add to his antique collection
