Of 1479 Doctor Strange #1's Graded, only 109 made it to CGC 9.8 and of those, only 14 have a signature and many of the 14 are Frank Brunner's, not Stan... Lee's. **
For a 1974 book, it's amazing that there are just not any more of these in this high grade, but Doctor Strange wasn't a popular character/book back in the day.
Book is awesome. Not much more can be said. It's super-straight and sits perfectly in the CGC holder.

1st Appearance of the Silver Dagger and this story is a continuation from Marvel Premiere #14
