Here's a beautiful antique Chinese silk rank badge with a phoenix bird and metallic threads in gold, green and red. It is mounted on a square ¼ inch thick wood board with black felt on the back side.
The badge measures 9 inches long and 8¼ inches wide. There are some loose threads, but otherwise, this piece is in very nice condition with no tears or staining.
