This is a really nice nativity set. The stable is in great shape. The chalk figures have some paint loss and chips throughout. The sheep are flocked but very warn with age, and one it appears was broken at the neck at one time but put back together. The camel and cow are a porcelain of some sort, not chalk. A couple of the figures are also not chalk, one reads made in Italy and the other (shepherd) has a paper sticker reading 29 cents. Mange...r is made of thick cardboard, with condition issues equal to age.
