What a sweet AND RARE original little 11” SHIRLEY TEMPLE! THIS TINY COMPOSITION DOLL WAS MADE BY IDEAL. She comes fully dressed in what I believe is her original outfit. There maybe new ribbons added I am not sure. This outfit is quiet aged and discolored as are shoes and socks. The dolls clothing tag has aged and fallen from her outfit but in the portion that remains you can see part of the SHIRLEY TEMPLE and IDEAL names. Remaining tag to be included. With the exception of some disc...oloration Shirley’s composition body seems in good to very good condition. All fingers and toes are accounted for. There is some light crazing. She has beautiful little painted open lips, little white teeth and sweet dimples. Shirley has working open and close eyes with eyelashes. It seems as if there is some sort of discoloration in the very center of eye (please see pictures). Her hair is a honey blonde mohair and is in good condition with part of her original hairnet still remaining. I have told you all I can honestly tell you about this doll with the information available to me. I am happy to answer any questions you may have if I can. I am not a doll expert by any means but I try. These dolls have come from a very large doll collection estate sale I attended. The lady who owned them displayed them in very good conditions.
