Antique Seaman Officer Doll Figure Porcelain Hand - Painted Germany ? WWI Nautical

Here is a very charming Antique "Seaman" or "Navy Officer" Boy Doll Figure, made of Hand-Painted Porcelain or Bisque head, hands + feet, and wearing an oilcloth coat with tiny glass bead buttons. I suspect this doll was made during the WWI era and possibly in Germany, but I am not a doll expert, so maybe an Ebayer knows the origin and can better inform us. (?)
The doll measures approx. 4.75" tall and is in good antique condition, as shown in the listing photos. The full-length oilcl...oth coat could likely use a light cleaning. I'll leave that to the new owner, who knows better how to do that.
Likely over 100 years old, this fairly scarce example of a nautical-related doll will be a treasured addition to any number of fine collections.
The doll will be shipped using sturdy packing materials and careful handling.
