This is a very rare and hard to find article of clothing.Coir coconut fiber rain coat.Made in China or SE Asia circa 1900.These were worn by commoners and field workers during the rainy season.the top cloak is 42" x 26"the wrap around skirt is 56" x 21" unfolded
