Gorgeous Pair of Matched Chinese Porcelain Famille Rose Bowls
These Bowls are part of a group of items being sold on behalf of the family of an elderly collector in Connecticut. Collector had varied interests with very good (expensive) taste. Lots of seemingly high quality items. Family is unsure of provenance (where or when these items were collected) but we will try to give as much information as we have.
Bowls measure 4 1/2" x 2 1/2". Matched set. ...;Features beautiful rose scroll work on a magenta bowl with a Sgraffito (or scratched) background. Gold rimmed.Both bowls have a Mark which I have been told is a Yongzheng mark.Both have old auction stickers on them.Have tried to photograph as best as possible - please excuse glare from the lights.
