I have been collecting interesting, unusual and pretty vanity items, jewellery and silver  for 30 years but I am now selling quite a lot of my collection off  over the coming year. I do also have some very nice bits of larger antique silver to list which I will try to do every week so please be patient and look back from time to time :)
For This Auction......
Two beautiful antique Chinese embroidered shoes which I am selling as two separate shoes they are... identical with one being white the other red with a turquoise heel. Silver thread work to the heels and the uppers. Both have some minuscule age related wear commensurate with age and the silver thread has darkened otherwise in excellent condition. Little wood soles nailed to the bottoms. These look as tho they were never stepped on and as the size is just a tiny breathtaking 8 cm from heel to toe most likely.These measure just 8 cm long from the heel to the toe at the base.
