This estate pipe is in excellent condition. It has been cleaned, reamed sanitized and buffed. The stem is nearly flawless. Just a tiny bit of oxidation in the hard to see and get to spots. No dents or marks of any kind, just brilliant shine. It fits nice and snug in the shank. The stummel is in excellent shape as well. There are a few tiny nicks on the plateau. The nomenclature on the shank is crisp and stro...ng. It measures: 5.25 inches long, 2.25 inches high, 1-7/8 inch across the plateau, with 1-7/8 inch bowl depth and the bore is 7/8 inch.Its Stamped: "Champ of Denmark Larsen & Stigart, 0"
This is a stunning vintage pipe! If you are unfamiliar with this Danish shop, look it up. Legendary pipe maker Karl Erik worked there and this one shows incredible craftsmanship.
