This pretty mid century oval brooch is by Thomas L Mott who came to fame in the 1920s when exhibiting at The Great ExhibitionIt is hand painted in a fuschia flower design within a stunning ornate frame - one of the rarer designsIt's a super piece and in good vintage conditionThe makers mark TLM is on the reverse as well as the statement Made in EnglandA true collectors item but a shame if it is never worn
