Kachina Hopi doll, 1920-40
MESUREMENTS: 8" tall
DESCRIPTION: A genuine, Kachina Hopi doll, made of cotton wood, carved and painted with natural oxides and decorated. Very old object, it has evident signs of age and use. Pieces missing headdress. Left boot looks repaired. This is how I purchased them. Please see all photos for condition. Original cord around neck to hang in Pueblo. I purchased these at a country estate sale in Tunkhannock PA in the late 70’s. The owners travele...d the south west from the 20’s to the early 50’s 8” tall 3” across Last photo is of the 2 nd one I have listed. I am parting with my native Americans collection I have accumulated since the 70’s. Let me know if you need more photos.
