This listing is for a vintage BATTERYOPERATED TRIC-CYCLING CLOWN w/box as shown. It is in MINT condition. Tin lito, hair, plastic and clothing are very nice & clean. No rust or corrosionanywhere. Battery compartments are clean with no corrosion or damage. The 5correct actions of this toy are as follows: (1) The light in the red ballflashes on and off, (2) The light in the green ball flashes on and off, (3) Left leg moves up & down cycling, (4) Right leg moves up&...amp; down cycling, (5) The clown moves forward on his trick unicycle turningand spinning around in an eratic manner. Very amusing to watch in action. Theclown's head can also be positioned from left to right. This is a "MADE INJAPAN" toy pictured & listed in Don Hultzman's book, COLLECTOR'S GUIDETO BATTERY TOYS, copyright 2002, second edition. It is listed on page 193. Itis a 1960's era toy made by the M-T Co. It has a rarity of 8 on a scale to10 being the rarest, and a value of $700.00 in C-10 condition without the box.The original box is included. It is in good-very good condition. It doeshave a number of clear tape repairs on the inside of the lid andbox bottom. Displays very well.
