It comes with original Leather Cover/Carry Case and unused Ear Piece. Gold lettering on Leather Case says "PENNCREST" and it is stamped "JAPAN" on the bottom. Radio is marked on back "6 TRANSISTOR MODEL NO 1132 JAPAN". Radio ...measures 1" by 2 1/2" by 4 3/8". It is in excellent condition.
