Antique 19th c. Famille Rose Chinese Porcelain Ginger Jar made into a Lamp in the beginning part of the last Century. Beautiful floral and bird with butterfly motif, highly detailed well executed painting. Elaborate four Dragon cast metal base. This vase comes from a Missoula Estate. It's been left in original uncleaned state. The vase is in excellent condition, with old cracks on the lid of the ginger jar (see photos).This lamp is functional, recently rewired and both socket...s work with pulls working smoothly.
