The inside print is all black text & pictures. The only color appears to be on the cover of the books. Each book has an inside contents page that lists recipes, appendix & illustration locations within the book. The last page is a notes page on some of them. The appendix pages appear to have ...information relative to that book's intended location for recipes..such as "How to use recipes", "Guide to ingredients", "sources for food & utensils", "English Index" & that book's specific language index. Within all the books there are many different styles of recipes for multiple locations of ethnic related cooking.
