ALL 4 issues Graded 9.8 (with WHITE pages) by CGC!! Details below and in the 12 photos See below for complete information on the condition of these beautifully-preserved classic issues Long term storage in Mylar bags with acid-free boardsuntil submission to CGC in March of 2019!! Each of these issues was bagged and boarded since purchase and each was preserved in a thick archival Mylar bag with a heavy-weight acid-free board, and stored in my smoke-free, pet-free, climate-controlled home. Each one was removed from its Mylar bag for the first time by CGC!! I submitted them to CGC to be graded and encased and they were returned, with FOUR 9.8 Grades, and CONSECUTIVE CGC Certification Numbers, by June 2019 (AND - as of 6/10/19 - the CGC Census shows that there have only been: 23 copies of #s 2 and 3; and 15 copies of #4; that have EVER attained a grade of 9.8 - and NO copy of # 2, 3, or 4 has ever been graded HIGHER than 9.8; making this full set of 9.8s of the entire 4-issue series an EXTREME RARITY!!) Each copy, both before and after processing by CGC, NEVER has spent a single day in an attic, basement or storage unit, (and NEVER will as long as I own it!) Thanks to careful handling, and long-term storage in Mylar, and despite the fact that each one is now a QUARTER CENTURY old, they STILL look BRAND NEW, especially in their CGC cases with their 9.8 grades showing that each of these copies still has WHITE pages!!
In addition – this set of FOUR consecutive issues, all graded 9.8, came back from CGC with CONSECUTIVE CGC CERTIFICATION NUMBERS (#s 2027325010 - 2027325013)which, almost certainly, makes this a ONE-OF-A KIND collectible!!)

SPECIAL NOTE about minor blemishes to the CGC Holders: ALL CGC-graded comics pass a Quality Control Inspection before being shipped out, but CGC Holders CAN pass Quality Control with various imperfections. Those imperfections range from imprecise centering within the Holder, to bits of dust or other tiny particles ending up INSIDE the Holder, to excessive Newton Rings (that shimmering rainbow effect that can be seen when a Holder is tilted under a strong light source) to scuffs or scratches on the exterior - or interior - of the Holder (if every Holder and every mounting WITHIN the Holder had to be PERFECT, CGC would have to raise the price for their service substantially). Two of these CGC Holders came back (the 1st time) with HUGE scuffs across the front of the Holder - interfering with a clear view of the cover - so I returned them for RE-holdering. Currently this set has small and inconspicuous blemishes on 3 of the Holders as follows: #1 has a light scuff on the BACK of the holder toward the lower left corner of that cover's ad; #2 has a small and light scuff below the hologram (not over any of the front cover's image); and #3 has a small and very inconspicuous scuff along the right border on the front of the holder (about a quarter inch to the right of the top right corner of the issue's front cover). I felt that these minor blemishes were preferable to a LOT of other imperfections that these Holders can sometimes display.
