RARE EARLY VINTAGE ROYAL DOULTON FIGURE THE CHELSEA PAIR HN579 A/F

Presented for auction is this Superb Rare Early Vintage Royal Doulton Character Figure The Chelsea Pair (Man) HN579.Produced by Royal Doulton from 1923-38 this superb rare character figure was modelled by Leslie Harradine and is entitled The Chelsea Pair (Man) being model number HN 579. He is superbly modelled and finished wearing a red period coat, black pants and tricorn hat with blue flowers on the green bush background, superb quality item/craftsmanship.Measuring 6" high approx. h...e is in fair used condition there is a hairline crack on the base which extends up the side and onto the base, there is also two crazing lines one on each leg which have turned into fine hairlines, please see the closeup pictures I have taken. He is marked to the base with the Royal Doulton green mark....
