Hand stitched Antique Quilt with appliqué Basket pattern. Madder brown, indigo and moon fabrics. Late 1800s to early 1900s Measures 88” by 68” so I believe it would fit a full size bed or make a nice folded accent quilt at the end of a queen size as well. The back side is fully brown with the red and black plaid edge. The basket pattern is such that half the basket s face left and half face right. The fabrics of appliqués are mainly navy blues, reds, browns, greys, and creams wit...h patterns varying between florals, graphics, and nature elements (leaves, etc).In fair to good antique condition with some staining that I think Is probably removable.. I just don’t know how to do so safely so I am leaving it as is. There are some small wear spots and a rip that looks as if it was snipped with scissors about 1.5” on back also I think repairable. The red and black plaid fabric edge is fraying in some areas but it is not major. Please see pics or ask questions if you need more specific information...
