This antique folk art made box i think dates to around 1850 possibly a little later , the box has a wooden carcass that has unusual inlaid veneered pieces of different woods which gives a great effect and nice colour as seen in the photos , the box has a lift up lid a working lock and key and a pull out drawer at the bottom , the box has nice patina with age and is really unusual , the box measures 7.25 x 4.25 x 3 inches , there is a chip to the front edge of the box , a few other smal...l knocks and edging veneer missing on the back edge of the lid
