Here is a trio of painted plaster, characterized baseball figures.Manufactured by RITTER circa 1941!
The figures stand 8" tall and the umpire stands 6.5" tall.
Nice condition with little paint loss. I do however see and old repair on the batters #3 leg near his striped baseball sock.
