I Have personally not seen another like this before and im sure it is probably by a well known Designer. i suspect this is a lamp base so probably a lighthouse as it could only hold a tiny bulb. if this is the c...ase then this would probably originally had a Wood or Bakelite base to feed the wire. it stands alone as a beautiful Art Deco Sculpture.
