Elegant set of 1957 PARK LANE aka CHATELAINE aka DOWRY by Wm A Rogers, Oneida. It is a classic design, housed in a wooden Rogers anti-tarnish chest. The 62 year old set is in very good condition, with no monogram. The flatware has the gracious patina of age, and is cleaned and polished, with no tarnish, heelwear, or tinewear. The soup spoons show the most wea...r. I polish all my silver before listing, so I know what I'm offering, and you get no unpleasant surprises. Hinges are good, the lid stays open and closes snugly, bridge is secure, and the knife loops are intact. There is no musty smell. The interior and the exterior are in good condition. If you do not want or need the chest, the silverware can be shipped without it for $8.
