BACKGROUND: I don’t have the information regarding the exact origin of this MLB (Major League Baseball) jersey. As such, I don’t know if the jersey was used or worn in a game by the actual player or not. The jersey has an original and correct pro-code 0062 wash tag (indicating it's an authentic team-issued... jersey) on the inside seam of the garment - please see photo.
CONDITION: The jersey itself is in great condition. I decided not to wash it to maintain it in its current/original condition, however buyer may wish to wash it for a cleaner look (if desired). It has the original large external "Authentic Collection - Majestic Athletic" tag. This jersey has no hologram number, set or year tags, or (COA) Certificate of Authenticity.

THE PLAYER: Brook Alexander Fordyce (born May 7, 1970) is an American former Major League Baseball catcher with the New York Mets, Cincinnati Reds, Chicago White Sox, Baltimore Orioles and the Tampa Bay Devil Rays between 1995 and 2004. He batted and threw right-handed. During his career, he established himself as a good hitting catcher. His best year came in 2000 when he played 40 games with the White Sox and 53 games for the Orioles. In that year, he hit .301, 14 home runs, and 49 RBI.
