OFFERED FOR SALE IS A VINTAGE NAKAMICHI RM-2TA REMOTE CONTROL UNIT.  I PUT TWO AA BATTERIE (NOT INCLUDED0 IN THE UNIT AND IT WORKS.  I TESTED IT WITH A NAKAMICHI TA 2A TUNER THAT I AM CURRENTLY AUCTIONING OFF ON EBAY AND THE REMOTE WORKED FINE.  THE ITEM IS MADE OF PLASTIC.  OVERALL, THE ITEM IS IN AVERAGE COSMETIC CONDITION.  THERE IS A LITTLE BSTTERY CORROSION AND RUST IN THE BATTTERY COMPARTMENT AND ON BACK BATTERY COVER (SEE PICS).  ITEM NEEDS TO ...BE CLEANED.  ESTIMATED AGE IS ABOUT 25 YEARS OLD.  ITEM MEASURES APPROXIMATELY 6.75 INCHES HIGH BY 2.25 INCHES WIDE.  A RARE FIND.  ITEM SOLD "AS IS."   ALL SALES FINAL.
