Here is a vintage Rolatape, Model 200. It has a scissor type of handle. This unit is clean. It comes with the black leather carrying case.
The Model 200 automatically records measurements on firm surfaces line to line, vertically, overhead, on curves and contours. Built-in totalizer and recessed scale record ft. and in. Audible click indicates each 2 ft, loud bell indicates each 100 ft. Two Neoprene tires provide positive traction, 34 inch handle ...retracts for easy carrying. The scissor handle is a bit stiff. Also, the top part of the handle has some white on it, not sure if it is paint or what.
