Meet Betty Big Girl. She is a BIG 1969 Ideal 31" head moving---walk with child Doll. She use to talk, but that doesn't work anymore---I just hear a motor noise instead of words. Her body is hard plastic and her head is vinyl with rooted hair. She is wearing her original clothes, which show some wear and soiling. The clothes are Very hard to remove and put back on (made to fit tight), and the faux suede has stiffen. Her body seams were not made tight, due to the need t...o put in or repair the voice mechanism. Beautiful, Big Eyes with all their Eyelashes. Eyes sleep well too. Nice full head of hair. There is some fading or color loss on her left hand---see photo. She has a darling face to go with other Ideal big dolls like Patti Play Pal, etc. She is heavy and requires a large box that---ship weight will be 9 lbs.
