BACKGROUND: I don’t have the information regarding the exact origin of this MLB (Major League Baseball) jersey. As such, I don’t know if the jersey was used or worn in a game by the actual player or not. The jersey has an original 0062 wash tag (indicating it's an authentic team-issued jersey) on the inside seam of the... garment - please see photo.
CONDITION: The jersey itself is in great condition. It has the original large external "Authentic Collection - Majestic Athletic" tag. This jersey has no hologram number, set or year tags, or (COA) Certificate of Authenticity.
PLEASE NOTE: I have tried my best to provide an accurate description of this jersey. Additionally, I have added multiple photographs of the actual jersey being offered. Please read the description and view all photos carefully before purchasing. Thank you and best wishes.

THE PLAYER: Hank Joe Blalock (born November 21, 1980) is a former Major League Baseball third baseman. He joined the Texas Rangers in 2002. In 2003, Blalock had a breakthrough year, hitting 29 home runs and 90 RBIs with a .309 batting average. A combination of being able to hit for power and for average drew early comparisons to George Brett and helped him to get voted to the All-Star Game in his first full season as a Ranger, where he hit the game-winning home run off Los Angeles Dodgers closer Éric Gagné in the bottom of the 8th inning to give the American League a 7-6 victory. Blalock finished the 2004 season with 32 home runs and over 100 RBIs, and was voted to his second All-Star Game, when he participated in the Home Run Derby. A disappointing 2005 season made Blalock the center of many trade rumors. He was not traded, however, and he played 2006 with the Rangers.
