Sleeve, VG+, NM- It does have some slight discoloration on bottom front and two left and rt top Corner edging. NO SEAM SPLITS, NO RING WEAR, strong seams very little edge wear.... Inside gatefold flip top, Excellent. Original inner sleeve perfect except one 1” seam split upper middle. I try to grade conservatively so I don’t get returns.
